Biography
Alannah Clarke graduated from Brown University with an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology as well as a fifth-year Master's in Public Health. She has previously worked on curricular-based interventions aiming to increase retention of underrepresented groups in STEM and equip medical students to discuss firearm injury risk with their patients. She is also currently working to obtain healthcare coverage for undocumented patients with end-stage renal disease in Rhode Island. She hopes to become a physician-scientist, drawing on her public health training and research experiences to address the root causes of poor health outcomes in underserved populations.
