Dr. Cynthia Castro Sweet (Senior Director of Clinical Research) is a Clinical Psychologist and leads the Research team at Modern Health, a comprehensive digital platform that provides evidence-based mental health care to enterprises around the world. She has a PhD in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Behavioral Medicine from the UCSD/SDSU Joint Doctoral Program. She has been working in applied behavioral medicine research for years, first as an academic NIH-funded researcher at the Stanford Prevention Research Center, and more recently as Director of Clinical Research at Omada Health. She designs and executes studies of various designs and sizes to generate evidence of the clinical and economic value of technology-enabled healthcare programs. Her goal is to execute a strategic roadmap of high quality clinical research that showcases Modern Health as the best-in-class leader in digital mental health solutions.
