Biography
People are not slices of data - they are whole human beings, raised in families, rooted in communities, bearing their history. Kim leads teams who build integreated data systems so we can honor this complexity in the roots of well-being, productivity, and family stability. She leads the State of Rhode Island's Data Ecosystem and All Payer Claims Database, and brings compelling data stories to hard problems: root cause performance management, COVID-19 impacts and response strategies, and place-based, community-led solutions. Kim lives in South County with her wife and twin girls.
