Will is a junior at Brown University concentrating in behavioral decision sciences with a specialization in venture capitalism. He competes on Brown’s NCAA Division I Men’s Soccer team and is an aspiring entrepreneur. He is extremely interested in using data analytics to grow a medical startup called “Intus Care” that addresses the issue of unnecessary hospitalizations and care fraud.

Will was drawn to EDHI after an internship at a Mission Health Systems. In this internship, he assessed patient risk and helped Mission launch several BPCI programs through the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). These programs helped provide high-quality care at lower costs for underserved members of the Asheville community. He will continue research on a senior thesis that addresses how entrepreneurial ventures can be drastically affected by equity splits.
